I never go to 

South America yet.

Visited Paris and Lyon in France.

Delicious food and beautiful city as always.

I went to Venice, lake como and Torino.

I love Italian people so much!!!!!

Very fun!!

-Toledo, Spain-

I fell in love with this Holy and Peaceful place.

The trip was supposed to a half day-short trip from Madrid

 but I fell in love with this old city and decided to stay there.

My flight was in 2days to go back to NYC

but

 I really wanted to spending time there.

 Then, I went to back to Madrid 

to get my backpack 

and 

come back to Toledo next day to stay one night.

It was busy before the flight but

 I was VERY VERY HAPPY.

(I run to the airport but I am proud of my decision ;P

just I wanted to stay there more...)

I remember the spirit of Toledo.

And we have good news!

We'll show two short films at two deferent venues.

We have been editing the videos

 (one is about 15min but other one is 1.30 hours whole video...! )

 and

 these are supposed to be short films...

within 5 min each.

It's Oh So Difficult...!!!!

Beat 1

I had a live installation performance with Kenichi Nakajima at Ideal Glass in November.

I had a lot of experiences and got to learn from this collaboration

 and

 the team Ideal Glass/ group of the artists.

Fortunately we had this great opportunity unexpectedly and had many audience.

We appreciate to Willard Morgan and team Ideal Glass!!

They are supper!!!!!

Actually there are many sculptures around this set.

Those are hanging from ceiling and also audience could see those shadows too. 

After the show

- Beat -

We have "beat" inside us.

The "beat" are the rhythm of blood and breath

and

the movement of internal organs and muscles.

And the beat are emotions such as love, anger and sadness.

Music generally has regular rhythms like two beat and eight beat.

But our beat are not only regular rhythms but those are also like arrhythmia.

Our sound, color and movement are the "beat" and flow out from our soul.

Those beat are often overlapped, discorded and harmonized.

Every things will come out from us including ourselves are going to be part of the live installation.

I will participate in the group exhibition at Ideal Glass.

And I will perform in the opening night with Kenichi Nakajima.

Book Fair at MOMA PS1

Here it comes again the book fair at MOMA PS1 

time goes very first... 

Colorful and unique zines from Berlin publish company. 

I want to see and feels a lot of things in many countries as much as I can.

Berlin is in my lists.

They have cool spirit of creations.

I want to go there so bad...

I went to the book fair because I wanted to watch this film.

"Une danse des bouffons” by Marcel Dzama.

This is a black and white silent film.

It reminds me part of my childhood memories...

The artist in the woods

The artist, Grace Knowlton lives and works in this warm and peaceful place.

She lives with trees, flowers, plants and small veg garden.

And two black poodles.

There are five artist studios in her garden 

and

 many artists are working/ living in this place.

This is my ideal place...

One day, I want to stay and work this place too.

 We got lunch from local fresh delicatessen and

had it in the garden deck at her place.

Her name is engraved on back of the vintage fork. 

She said the name is her grandma's name.

Grace has high sense of interior too.
I visited many cool place in New York but her place is the best!

Also she has very interesting collections...

Oh... she is the one!!!!

Grace Knowlton

I visited to an amazing artist Grace knowlton 's art studio

 and 

home to upstate NY with my artist friend.

Her sculptures are all over in her huge garden!

Those sculptures look like stone but some of them are not really heavy

 and those are made by some light weight mediums.
